PURPOSE: Mounting structure of an exhaust manifold is provided to minimize a thermal deformation part in welding a flange and runners. CONSTITUTION: In mounting structure of an exhaust manifold, runners(10) are inserted in insertion holes(21) of a flange(20) and are welded. A groove(30) for avoiding contact with a welding rod(40) is formed to the edge surface of the insertion hole of the flange. The plane of the groove is formed in a circular shape and one side of the sectional shape of the groove is vertical and the other side is slant.
