PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform patting as, a more effective way of massaging by effectively using the gravity of a vibration generation source. SOLUTION: In this chair type massaging machine, a massage drive unit 3 performing patting by driving a massaging member 1 by using the vibration generation source 2 is structured so as to move up and down.
