INPUT DEVICE AND INPUT SYSTEM USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device for use in various electronic devices and an input system using the same that enable various input operations and uniform illumination by a simple structure.

SOLUTION: The input device 27 is so constructed that a display sheet 11, an EL element 19, and a touch panel 26 with an upper electrode 22 and a lower electrode 23 opposed at a given interval are stacked in order and that the EL element 19 is provided with a plurality of luminescent layers 15A and 15B of different luminescent colors in correspondence to a plurality of display parts 12A and 12B of the display sheet 11. Depressions on the plurality of display parts 12A and 12B illuminated in different luminescent colors can provide various input operations on the single input device, and the overall device can be illuminated uniformly.
