<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PPPoE session dispersing method and a system in a plurality of BRAS units which surely provides an IP address to a session for an ISP. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of BRAS units 1 and PPPoE client terminals 2 are connected over a network 3. On a request from the client terminal 2, the load dispersion is made with the plurality of BRAS units 1.
