PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of distributing a plurality of IPv6 addresses to a user terminal and a network apparatus for configuring the same.

SOLUTION: PE routers A205 and B206 are connected to the Internet 203. Each PE router is acting like a PD server and distributes prefixes. A CPE router 207 is connected to the PE routers A205 and B206, and a PC 208 being a user terminal used by a user is connected to the CPE router 207. Each PE router informs the CPE router 207 about the prefix with a different IP address. The CPE router 207 expands the notified prefix into a network address in 64 bits to distribute the network address to the PC 208.
