摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive needle having excellent electron emission performance. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a conductive needle comprises a step S1 for removing an oxide film existing on the end surface of a conductive substrate, a step S2 for causing one end of carbon nanotube to come into contact with an area where the oxide film has been removed, and a step S3 for coating with a conductive material at least a part of a portion where the conductive substrate and the carbon nanotube come into contact with each other.
