<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recording method and an image recording device that reduces density irregularities that are apt to periodically occur in a subsidiary scanning direction when exposing to a plurality of light sources of a plurality of channels for a plurality of colors whose wavelengths are different. <P>SOLUTION: The image recording method exposes from each light source, while relatively shifting the positions of the light sources in the subsidiary scanning direction H and varying the positions of boundaries 72, 73 and 74 between channels and subsequent channels in each light source when the light sources having a plurality of channels for a plurality of colors whose wavelengths are different as channels perform a spiral exposure for a recording material on the outside surface of a cylinder while moving in the subsidiary scanning direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
