PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure and assembling work of the structure of a window structure to be used for a pachinko machine etc. SOLUTION: A transparent plate 2 is housed in a die 1, and the die is closed. Synthetic resin is injected from a gate 4 into a cavity 3 formed surrounding the transparent plate 2 for insertion molding. The resin in the cavity 3 becomes a frame 6 to be integrated with the transparent plate 2. Since the frame 6 is not divided, only one kind of the die is required for molding the frame 6, and only once injection molding is required for producing one frame. Since work of assembling the frame 6 and fitting the transparent plate 2 to the frame 6 is not required, a manufacturing process is simplified, and man-hour is reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
