PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a B,B',B"-trialkyl-N,N',N"-trialkylborazine of low halogen content. SOLUTION: The method for producing the B,B',B"-trialkyl-N,N',N"-trialkylborazine comprises reaction between a trialkylborane of chemical formula 1 and an alkylamine of chemical formula 2 under pressure. In the chemical formula 1, R<SP>1</SP>is a 1-6C alkyl and may be the same or different. In the chemical formula 2, R<SP>2</SP>is a 1-6C alkyl, and when three R<SP>1</SP>groups in the chemical formula 1 are the same, R<SP>2</SP>is different from R<SP>1</SP>. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
