PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting device for electronic equipment with a simple structure and a small number of components by which workability can be improved. SOLUTION: The mounting device for the electronic equipment is provided with a mounting metal fitting 20, in which a plurality of locking holes 6a, 6b are respectively provided to at least two opposing sides of the peripheral wall 4 provided on the rear face of a flange 2 or a metal fitting mounting part 5 integrally provided to the outer face side of the peripheral wall 4, which has at least two orthogonal pieces, and in which locking pieces 23a, 23b are provided to one piece corresponding to the locking holes 6a, 6b and a plurality of screw holes are provided to the other piece. The peripheral wall 4 of the flange 2 is inserted to the panel cut from the front side. The locking pieces 23a, 23b of the mounting metal fitting 20 are locked to the peripheral wall 4 protruding to the rear face side of the panel or the locking holes 6a, 6b of the metal fitting mounting part 5 and temporarily fixed.
