PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable anyone to easily remove comparatively small pebbles to level the ground and to perform ground leveling work in a short time by pulling a ground filter by a motorcycle, a bicycle, an automobile, or the like. SOLUTION: A plurality of elongate plates 2-7 are provided obliquely upward from one end of an elongate rectangular scooping plate 1, and the scooping plate 1 and the plates 2-7 are disposed stepwise through a plurality of clearance members 10 or the like formed longer than the width of the scooping plate 1 and plates 2-7, at both end parts and a plurality of intermediate parts on the scooping plate 1 and plates 2-7.
