PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blowing device capable of efficiently blowing fresh air by safely operating a plurality of blowers. SOLUTION: The rotating speed of the second blower 2 is safely controlled by a blower operation control device to follow pressure fluctuation in an intake port 2B of the second blower 2 to dissolve the possibility of damaging a vinyl air duct on the intake port 2B side of the second blower 2 by overpressure or negative pressure and a possibility of damaging the first blower 1 or second blower 2 by a surging phenomenon. Fresh air not polluted with foul air is efficiently blasted through vinyl air ducts 3, 6 by the operation of the first blower 1 and second blower 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
