PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexibly detachable joint capable of facilitating the connection and disconnection of a drain pipe or an in-house manhole to and from a drainage branch pipe or the like and facilitating the maintenance management of drainage equipment. SOLUTION: In the flexibly detachable joint connecting the drain pipe, an upstream side connecting section 11 has the approximately same inside diameter as the outside diameter of an upstream side drain pipe 19, it is slid to the direction of the upstream side drain pipe to have a detachable insertion margin, the other downstream side connecting section 14 has a socket eccentric downward from an axial center of the flexibly detachable joint, the front end section of a downstream side drain pipe 20 inserted into the socket stops by a stopper, and the height of the stopper is the same as that of the thickness of the downstream side drain pipe 20 or higher than that thereof.
