PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a top-blown lance capable of reducing the generation of skull in a vacuum degassing treatment, and achieving the improvements of the yield, the productivity and the operation factor in a simple means. SOLUTION: The top-blown lance is provided with a plurality of opening hole parts for jetting oxygen at the tip part thereof so as to disperse the oxygen flows for blowing onto molten steel.
