PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture and suction device capable of easily sucking a contained liquid without leaking out a large amount of the contained liquid when sucking the contained liquid of an ovarian cystoma or others and preventing an accidental penetration through an ovary at the time of puncture in an endoscopic surgical operation. SOLUTION: In the puncture suction device comprising an inner needle, a suction pipe for sucking the contained liquid in an organ, an outer pipe accommodating the inner needle and the suction pipe, and an operation grip portion, a fixing means is arranged at the front end portion of the suction pipe for fixing to the cystoma wall, the fixing means comprises at least a balloon, or the above fixing means comprises two balloons, and the inner needle and the suction pipe slide out and protrude from the outer pipe.
