PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of the failure in the easy shake sorting of a threshed material moving on a straw rack of the 2nd sorting part of a sorter to cause risk of the volume increase of returned tailings and the increase of scattered dust. SOLUTION: The threshed material is transported from the 1st sorting part 10 of the shaking sorter 9 for the threshed material to a plurality of straw racks 11a of the 2nd sorting part 11. The straw rack 11a is pivoted in a freely tiltable manner by supporting the nearly middle part of the length of the rack with a rack supporting shaft 11b as a tilting center (a), and the tilting angle of the straw rack 11a is changed according to the volume of the returned tailings to the tailings treating chamber 6. The straw rack 11a is divided into the front and rear straw racks 13a, 13b and pivoted in a tiltable manner on front/rear rack supporting shafts 13c, 13d as the tilting centers.
