PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for injecting an aqueous solution of lithium nitrate into a hole perforated in a concrete structure. SOLUTION: The apparatus for performing suppression of the alkali-aggregate reaction, and the like in a concrete structure is composed of a storage tank 11 for storing the aqueous solution of lithium nitrate, an injection cylinder 14 for sucking and discharging the aqueous solution of lithium nitrate from the storage tank 11, a packer which is inserted and fixed in the hole perforated in the concrete structure and ejecting the aqueous solution of lithium nitrate supplied from the injection cylinder 14, an actuating cylinder 16 for advancing or retreating a piston qw of the injection cylinder 14, magnetic sensors 15a, 15b for detecting that the piston 12 has reached the forward end or the backward end, a pressure sensor 31 for detecting the pressure of the injection cylinder 14, and a controller 33 for controlling advance/retreat and stopping of the piston 12 by opening and closing ports 21, 22 to the actuating cylinder 16 according to the outputs of the magnetic sensors 15a, 15b and the pressure sensor 31.
