The foldable bar board (1) for a drinks trolley consists of two sections (2,3) which are interconnected to pivot around a joint, and a pivot (6) is fitted in an open top holder (7) on the trolley. A locking bolt (8) is movably installed in the holder and in the locking position fits over the pivot of the bar board and in the released position allows the pivot to swing out of the holder. The locking bolt is held in the locked position by a pretensioned spring.
