OZONE OXIDIZING SYSTEM COMPRISING SCREEN AND GRIT CHAMBER, OZONE CONTACT PUMP, OZONE CONTACTOR, ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER AND BACKWASHING PUMP TO EFFECTIVELY REMOVE SLUDGE FROM WASTEWATER SO THAT TREATED WATER IS REUSED OR DISCHARGED

PURPOSE: To provide an ozone oxidizing system for effectively removing sludge contained in wastewater in a process of sequentially passing wastewater flown into screen and grit chamber through a series of units so that the sludge removed wastewater is reused in such uses as water for car washing or discharged. CONSTITUTION: An ozone oxidizing system comprises: a screen and grit chamber(100) for removing materials having high settling property and floating foreign materials such as oils when wastewater containing sludge flows in; an ozone contact pump(400) for pumping the mixture after sucking and mixing wastewater flown into a catchment tank(200) through the screen and grit chamber and ozonized air generated from an ozonizer(300); an ozone contactor(500) for sending the oxidized contaminants to a continuous sludge remover(600) after oxidizing contaminants contained in wastewater by ozone reaction by contacting wastewater with ozone when wastewater pumped by the ozone contact pump flows into the ozone contactor; an activated carbon filter(800) for activated carbon filtering wastewater and supplying treated water to a reusing water tank(900) when wastewater from which sludge is removed through the continuous sludge remover is collected in a pumping tank; and a backwashing pump(910) which is installed between the activated carbon filter and a multiple filtering type pumping tank(700) and rotatable side to side to activated carbon filter wastewater by sending waste water to an activated carbon filter when the sludge removed wastewater is collected in a lower part of the filtering type pumping tank and backwash the multiple filtering type pumping tank when sludge is accumulated in the multiple filtering type pumping tank.
