PURPOSE: A hood structure of a vehicle is provided to secure rigidity of a hood without increasing the number of parts and to receive shock of an object by deforming a hood inner panel without interfering with a lock reinforcement. CONSTITUTION: A hood structure of a vehicle is composed of a lock reinforcement(24) separated from a hood inner panel(18) at a predetermined gap and disposed at the lower side of the hood inner panel to form a closed cross-sectional structure with the hood inner panel and a rear attaching unit formed on the hood inner panel and fixed to a rear attaching unit of a vehicle body of the lock reinforcement. The rear attaching unit of the hood inner panel has a swollen portion(18B) that the hood inner panel is swollen downward for the vehicle body further than the other portion of the hood inner panel. The lock reinforcement is separated from the hood inner panel.
