FORWARD CHANNEL CONFIGURING METHOD AND A FORWARD CHANNEL ASSIGNING METHOD IN AN OFDMA FDD-BASED SYSTEM, PARTICULARLY IN CONNECTION WITH ASSIGNING SUB CARRIERS OF ADJACENT CELLS IN A METHOD OF MINIMIZING INTERCELL INTERFERENCE

PURPOSE: A forward channel configuring method and a forward channel assigning method in an OFDMA(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access) FDD(Frequency Division Duplex)-based system are provided to transmit control information and data traffic in different way, and to assign certain sub carriers to a terminal in a handoff area, thereby minimizing intercell interference. CONSTITUTION: A scheduler selects a terminal having the first priority(S10). The scheduler obtains position information on the selected terminal, and acquires power information on the terminal(S20). The scheduler decides whether the terminal is located in a handoff area(S30). If so, the scheduler determines a sub carrier list to be punched for the terminal(S90). The scheduler selects one of all assignable sub carriers(S100), and decides whether the selected sub carrier exists in the list(S110). If so, the scheduler decides whether an assignable sub carrier further remains(S130). If not, the scheduler increases the first priority.
