RF AMPLIFIER APPARATUS FOR REDUCING INTERFERENCE BETWEEN OPERATIVE AND NON-OPERATIVE AMPLIFIERS

PURPOSE: An RF(Radio Frequency) amplifier apparatus is provided to elongate operation time and improve efficiency on wide operation ranges by reducing interference between operative and non-operative amplifiers by using a λ/4 converter. CONSTITUTION: A first amplifier(20) outputs a high pass mode signal. A second amplifier(50) outputs a low pass mode signal. One end of a first matching circuit(30) is connected to an output node of the first amplifier and the other end of the first matching circuit is connected to a final output node of the first amplifier. The first matching circuit matches the first amplifier with a load impedance. One end of a second matching circuit(60) is connected to an output node of the second amplifier and the other end of the first matching circuit. The second matching circuit matches the second amplifier with the load impedance. One end of a λ/4 converter(40) is connected to the other end of the second matching circuit and the other end is connected to the output node of the first amplifier. The λ/4 converter suppresses interference between the amplifiers.
