The axle of rotation of the gate is mounted at the end section of the gate or at the central part of the gate. The axle is mounted in the central section of the pipe for supplying fuel. The angle of inclination of the gate with respect to the direction of the mixed fluid ranges within ±40°. The distributor is provided with rotating impeller that causes the mixed fluid to flow and is mounted in the pipe for supplying fuel upstream of the gate. The pipe for supplying fuel is mounted for permitting the mixed fluid to flow vertically and is provided with the first pipe for supplying fuel that receives the gate and the second pipe for supplying fuel mounted upstream of the first pipe for supplying fuel and connected with the first pipe. The second pipe is bent in the direction of flow of the mixed fluid.
