<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly improve the efficiency of a capacitive oscillating power generation, by sharply reducing unnecessary moment in a vibrator. <P>SOLUTION: The vibrator 12 provided on a variable capacity vibrator 1 comprises a weight 2 and a spacer 3 each sandwiched at one end in the longitudinal direction of diaphragms 4, 5 and at the other end respectively. The diaphragms 4, 5 are provided parallel to each other. A space that the weight 2 and the spacer 3 do not contact these diaphragms 4, 5 works as a spring. Thus, the plates can be vibrated being kept parallel to an electrode 7 that the weight 2 faces, by holding the weight 2 with two diaphragms 4, 5. As a result, the generation of the unnecessary moment other than in the vibrating direction can sharply be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
