<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of forming a high quality image. <P>SOLUTION: A light scanning device 18 is supported by an attachment section 68 of a body frame with only vibration proof rubbers 76, 86. As a result, a vibration toward the light scanning device 18 from the side of the body frame can be sufficiently blocked by the vibration proof rubbers 76, 86. Therefore, it is possible to form a good image irrespective of the vibration generated on the apparatus body. Positioning of the light scanning device 18 in a direction parallel to a bottom face of a housing 40 can be surely carried out by fitting a boss 80 for positioning to a fitting hole 82 on the attachment section 68 and the deterioration of image quality due to a positioning error can be avoided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
