<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the degree of skill of a customer for operation of an automatic transaction device on the basis of the predetermined operation carried out by the customer for properly adjusting operation and guidance about transfer of a medium according to the degree of skill. <P>SOLUTION: This automatic transaction device is provided with a skill degree determination means determining the degree of skill of the customer based on operation by the customer, an operation control part controlling operation of transfer of the medium according to the degree of skill determined by the skill degree determination part, and a guidance control part controlling a guidance aspect for transfer of the medium according to the degree of skill determined by the skill degree determination part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
