SYNTHETIC FIBER CORD FOR REINFORCING RUBBER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic fiber cord which sufficiently exhibits the original high strength and high elastic characteristic of polyester fibers and simultaneously has remarkably improved adhesiveness to a matrix rubber.

SOLUTION: This synthetic fiber cord for reinforcing rubbers, comprising the twisted union yarn of synthetic filament yarns not having a fuzz or loop on the surfaces with synthetic filament yarns having fuzz or loops on the surfaces, is characterized in that the tensile strength of the synthetic filament yarns having the fuzz or loops on the surfaces is ≥5.0 cN/dtex.
