PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the complemented precision by estimating an optimum complementary candidate according to a user's state on each occasion, and to further improve the information input efficiency by further estimating and presenting information relevant to the complementary candidate.

SOLUTION: Words including an input character are estimated as complementary candidates based on profile information for the user preliminarily stored and context information acquired from servers SV1-SVn, and displayed on a complementary candidate display window of a display part 20. Information relevant to the displayed words of complementary candidates is estimated as substitute candidate based on the profile information and context information, and displayed on a substitute candidate display window of the display part 20. When a determination operation by the user or each operation of selection, determination and reflection is performed to the displayed words of complementary candidates and the relevant information of substitute candidate, the selected word of complementary candidate and relevant information of substitute candidate are decided as input information.
