<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flap door for a garage in which no braking force is applied when a door body is lifted by hands, which can be realized at low cost using a simple structure, and in which the door body can be lifted and opened by hands, even if there is no power failure. <P>SOLUTION: The flap door for a garage has an arm 1, having a distal thereof connected to a door body 3 and the proximal end thereof connected to the rotary shaft 5 rotatably installed on a post 4 and an electric motor 11 coupled to the rotary shaft 5. A direct-current motor is used as the electric motor 11, and the motor 11 generates power with a load from the door body 3 side, to apply regenerative brake. A diode D is installed in a circuit, which restricts the current to one way so as to allow the current to flow in the circuit to generate power, when the door body 3 is turned in the direction of closing by falling freely due to own weight and does not allow the current to flow in the circuit so as not to generate power, when the door body 3 is lifted manually to be opened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
