<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition having excellent photosensitivity, affording a cured product having excellent adhesiveness and high heat resistance and even developability in a dilute aqueous solution of an alkali and especially useful as resists. <P>SOLUTION: This curable composition comprises a carboxy group-containing (meth)acrylate in which a polybasic acid anhydride is added to a part or all of hydroxy groups in a di(meth)acrylate represented by formula (1) [wherein, R<SB>1</SB>denotes hydrogen atom or methyl group; R<SB>2</SB>denotes an alkylene group; (n) and (m) denote each an integer of 0-4; n+m is 0-4; (s) denotes an integer of ≥0; and Ac is a group represented by formula (2) äwherein, R<SB>3</SB>is hydrogen atom or methyl group}]. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
