摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for manufacturing a synthetic zeolite effective to adsorb and remove dioxin with fly ash. <P>SOLUTION: In the method and apparatus for manufacturing the synthetic zeolite, the synthetic zeolite is manufactured by bringing sodium hydroxide (20% NaOH concentration), 25 wt.% fly ash and 15 wt.% water, or 4.58 wt.% fly ash, 0.84 wt.% sodium aluminate and 66.34 wt.% water into a hydrothermal reaction at a reaction temperature of 80-105°C and a reaction pressure of atmospheric pressure for a reaction time of 20 h under such conditions as a solid to liquid ratio (fly ash/NaOH) of 25:75 and the sodium hydroxide being 4 mol/l solution, or an Na<SB>2</SB>O to SiO<SB>2</SB>molar ratio of 1.5, an SiO<SB>2</SB>to Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>molar ratio of 4 and an H<SB>2</SB>O to Na<SB>2</SB>O molar ratio of 70. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p>
