<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a soil stabilizing and hardening material capable of sustainably modifying soil such as water-rich soft soil or colloidal sediment-like sludge through mixing thereinto to neutral pH level, capable of adjusting the water-holding degree of the soil according to the amount of its use, thus instantaneously stabilizing and hardening the soil and effecting high soil strengths, and also capable of restoring soil function through e.g. deodorization by holding the water in livestock-related sludge. <P>SOLUTION: This soil stabilizing and hardening material using bagasse as the main material is obtained by incorporating 100 pts. wt. of powdery bagasse processed to powder by carbonizing bagasse with 4-25 pts. wt. of Portland cement, 2-10 pts. wt. of aluminum sulfate, 1-8 pt(s). wt. of anhydrous gypsum and 0.1-3 pt(s). wt. of a methacrylic ester. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
