摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing method of high printing accuracy and high productivity in printing an electrode for a plasma display panel by an intaglio offset system. <P>SOLUTION: With the use of a printing blanket with silicone rubber as a surface rubber layer, an electrode pattern consisting of electrode-forming ink made of either conductive metal ink or black ink is printed on a base plate. At that time, printing is made so that a relation between a transfer speed V (mm/sec) and a viscosityη<SB>10</SB>(Pa s) at a shearing speed of 10 sec<SP>-1</SP>in a process of transferring the electrode-forming ink from an intaglio to the printing blanket satisfy a formula (1): (6-0.02×V)≤η<SB>10</SB>≤(30-0.01×V) [where 0<V<300]. A thixotropy value of the inkη<SB>1</SB>/η<SB>10</SB>is preferably 3≤η<SB>1</SB>/η<SB>10</SB>≤10.
