<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for mounting a fuel vapor management valve enabling adjustment of the position of the valve within a tank. <P>SOLUTION: A tab 44 of a bracket 38 is engaged from above into a slot 24 of a projection 22 disposed outside a valve body 12, the valve is slid vertically upward along the bracket, a projecting part 26 of a finger 20 is engaged and locked with any one of apertures 40, 42. By the sliding snap operation, the fuel vapor management valve 10 is snap-locked with the bracket 38 disposed to a cover 34 attached over an access opening of a tank. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
