PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device, a control method and a screen for the light source device, an optical device and a detecting method for the optical device, constituted so that the optical device such as a telescope equipped with optical components having a light condensing function and the light source device equipped with a laser for a projector are prevented from being operated at the same time, then, the safety is enhanced. SOLUTION: Regarding the light source device 1 equipped with at least the laser, when non-contact IC tags 21 and 22 arranged in the optical devices 11 and 12 equipped with at least the optical components having the light condensing function are detected, the light source device 1 is controlled so that the output of the laser light beams may be reduced or stopped.
