PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow melting device capable of solving such a problem that since a control panel 6 has to be put downward of a hot water supply device 21 because of having influence on space in the case the control panel 6 is provided to a main unit 2, the control panel 6 has to be once removed in the case of maintenance or repair because the back of the control panel 6 is hidden by the control panel 6, however, while maintenance work can be carried out within a short period of time as short as possible, because the snow melting device is installed in a severe cold area and that working time can't be reduced because it takes a time for removing the control panel 6. SOLUTION: A holding shaft 63 is oscillated to the center till such a position that it does not interfere with the work to hold so that it can be evacuated without removing the control panel 6 from the main unit 2.
