PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner capable of realizing excellent air-conditioning state of air-conditioning zones 1b and 1d. SOLUTION: The vehicular air-conditioner comprises air-conditioning systems 5 and 6 to independently adjust the air-conditioning state of air-conditioning zones 1a, 1b, 1c and 1d, infrared ray temperature sensors 70a, 70b, 70c and 70d, and an air-conditioner ECU 8 to control the air-conditioning systems 5 and 6 to adjust the air-conditioning state in a cabin for each seat based on the detected temperature by the infrared ray temperature sensors 70a, 70b, 70c and 70d. When heating is performed to a right rear seat in the cabin, the air-conditioner ECU 8 reduces the contribution of the detected temperature by the infrared ray temperature sensors 70b and 70d to the control of the rear seat air-conditioning system 6 in comparison with a case in which neither heating or cooling is performed to the rear seat.
