PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a next-generation multifunctional gas station structure capable of achieving improvement of appearance and virtual recognition, enlargement of a drive way and improvement of convenience, capable of dispensing with a pillar of a canopy and achieving enlarged usage of the canopy as a display surface of the display mark, capable of being used as an ecological station and a relaxing space, and capable of contributing for improvement of appearance of a street by making a building of a gas station which is conventionally an integrated structure to a separated structure. SOLUTION: A sales room (A room), an office 2 (B room) and a repair room 3 (C room) are made to be the separated structure, and the A room faces a front road 5. The A room is a transparent room all glass-covered, and a floor lower part 7 is formed so that a floor surface 1a is higher than a surface of the drive way 4.
