PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an interval between the head section of a passenger who is sitting on a seat and a roof side rail inner or a center pillar from becoming narrow in a short time, at side collision. SOLUTION: On the external edge section in the vehicle width direction of a roof panel 14, a welding dot groove 26 for the flange 14A of the roof panel 14 and the flange 24A of a cymene outer 24 is formed. For a connection bracket 60, a side end section 60C in the vehicle width direction of an upper wall section 60A is combined with a roof-panel center reinforcement 10 on the internal side in the vehicle width direction of the welding dot groove 26. On the external side in the vehicle width direction of the welding dot groove 26, an external end section 60D in the vehicle width direction of the upper wall section 60A is coupled to the roof-side rail inner 30.
