PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finish rolling equipment for a hot-rolled steel sheet and a manufacturing method of a hot-rolled steel sheet by which high efficiency and high accuracy are maintained, a good visual range is ensured between stands from a mill operator and good operation is realized by installing and maintaining various kinds of measuring instruments when cooling the steel sheet between the stands of a hot finishing mill. SOLUTION: In this finish rolling equipment of the hot-rolled sheet, the stand on the upstream side, systems for cooling the upper and lower surfaces of the steel sheet, an upper pressing roll, a looper roll and the stand on the downstream side are installed in this order at least at one interval between the stands.
