PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superior method which is publicly welcomed, easily familiarized, and solves all conventional problems, keeps pure silver most easily soluble, cost lower than by a conventional method, enables an effective natural generation, easily maintained and controlled, makes ions obtained by this apparatus available safely and harmlessly for the human body without care, and prevents the damages to devices as well as the coloring and the cloud of water keeping the good appearance thereof. SOLUTION: In this method, first the water passes through a litter removing device and is then exposed to a magnetic field to prevent a chemical reaction, and, when the water comes up to the pure silver so worked as to be the most soluble, a chlorine component in the water is prevented from combining with the silver to form silver chloride, and the water is heated up to 40-60°C thus achieving the highest solubility of the pure silver. This method can be familiarized widely with the water kept safe and harmless for the human body and can be introduced at a low cost without care, the safety and beauty of the water being thereby enhanced.
