In an injection nozzle 1 having a spring- loaded closure needle 4 which opens automatically under pressure of moulding material, the spring 5 for closing the needle 4 is a double hairpin spring. The spring 5 has two coils 9, (10) lying against the sides of the nozzle, an upper connecting member 11 pressing against the head of the needle 4, and a lower member 12 formed by the ends of the spring. A lug 8 on the nozzle body limits the opening stroke of the needle 4. The nozzle 1 has electric heaters 6 and an opening 7 for a temperature sensor.</p> |
