VIEWING GRADE RECOGNITION APPARATUS FOR A BROADCASTING SIGNAL RECEIVER HAVING A LIGHT EMITTING MEMBER FOR GENERATING A COLOR CORRESPONDING TO A VIEWING GRADE

PURPOSE: A viewing grade recognition apparatus for a broadcasting signal receiver is provided to install a light emitting member for generating a color corresponding to a viewing grade to any place, thereby capable of recognizing easily the viewing grade according to the color of the light emitting member. CONSTITUTION: A viewing grade recognition member(201) is connected to an output side of a general tuner(200). A viewing grade alarm character generating member(203) is connected to an output side of the viewing grade recognition member. A control member is connected to another output side of the viewing grade recognition member. A light emitting diode(207) is installed to an arbitrary place capable of recognizing the viewing grade by parent, not the place to which the broadcasting receiver is positioned. The control member outputs a control signal according to a viewing grade so that the viewing grade is recognized visually. The light emitting member is turned on according to the control signal of the control member and generates a color corresponding to the viewing grade.
