PURPOSE: A camera assembly having a shutter button function and a terminal comprising the camera assembly are provided to add a shutter button function to a camera, in order to control a position of the camera while realizing a photographing/zooming function, thereby obtaining a better picture quality. CONSTITUTION: A camera case(202) surrounds a camera module(201). A camera support(220) is located on top of a PCB substrate(110). A rotational axis(210) rotatively supports the camera module(201) and the camera case(202) on the camera support(220). An elastic member(230) combines the camera support(220) with the PCB substrate(110). A shutter switch is located under the camera support(220), and is open or shorted by a movement of the camera support(220).
