FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: the suggested food biologically active additive includes DNA and proteins. Moreover, it is represented in the form of powder-like natural complex out of fish soft roe at DNA content up to 2045% against the weight of dry product. Moreover, natural complex is obtained due to homogenization of fish soft roe pretreated with 0.14 M sodium chloride and 0.2%-acetic acid. This innovation enables to obtain the additive that improves cardio-vascular activity being of antioxidant action and increases body resistance to irradiation and stress. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of application. ^ 5 ex, 6 tbl |
