FIELD: medicine, ultrasound diagnostics. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should carry out transrectal pharmacoechodopplerography of preprostatic venous plexus in the mode of chromatic doppler's mapping in combination with compression test. In case of increased circulatory intensity by more than 10% it is possible to diagnose venocorporal erectile dysfunction.
