<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a trouble that a monophonic component to be located in the center of left and right speakers in two channel reproduction becomes weak when a large spacing is set between the left and right speakers and the location of a sound image, e.g. vocal, becomes indefinite. <P>SOLUTION: The speaker system comprises a first speaker driver for reproducing the L channel, a second speaker driver arranged at an angle of about 180° to the first speaker driver and reproducing the R channel, and a third speaker driver located between the first and second speaker drivers at an angle of about 90° to the first and second speaker drivers in order to output a front center channel when a multichannel signal is reproduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
