<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary cooling system for a PET without wetting a heat receiving plate, by smoothly and efficiently moving heat, while restraining device cost and running cost with a structure causing little failure. <P>SOLUTION: This cooling system for the PET has a base 1 for arranging the thermally conductive heat receiving plate 10 capable of placing the PET P on an upper surface, a heat radiating plate 2 arranged so as to rise on one side of the base 1, and a heat pipe 3 for allowing a main part 30 to abut on the under surface side of the heat receiving plate 10, and allowing a rising part 312 to abut on the heat radiating plate 2, by bending and rising a sub-part 31 extended outside the heat receiving plate 10 from the main part 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
