<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speed up processing and improve the quality of image while solving the problem for development cost and the problem for drawing results. <P>SOLUTION: The drawing library 1 comprises an input and output interface 2, a drawing processing part 3 and a memory management part 4, and it is usable in either of an image output control device or an image output device, or an independent image processor belonging to neither of the both.
