AGENT FOR SUPPRESSING ACCUMULATION OF NEUTRAL FAT, EXTERNAL PREPARATION FOR SKIN FOR SLIMMING AND FOOD FOR SLIMMING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find out an active component having excellent action to suppress the accumulation of neutral fat and to use the component as an agent for suppressing the accumulation of neutral fat and an external preparation for skin for slimming.

SOLUTION: An extract of a plant of the family Dicranaceae having excellent action to suppress the accumulation of neutral fat is used as the neutral fat accumulation suppressing agent. The external preparation for skin for slimming is produced by compounding an external preparation for skin with the extract of a plant of the family Dicranaceae. The food for slimming is produced by compounding a food with the extract of a plant of the family Dicranaceae. The extract of the plant of the family Dicranaceae is preferably an extract of a plant of the genus Dicranum or Campylopus.
